Tips how to courage yourself workout almost daily.

HELLO MARCH !

Fuyooo..dah masuk bulan March seyh!!
Canggihlah.
genap 11 bulan kite start workout . Bermula 1 April 2014 until now. Kite pun pelik jugak. How do i get the courage to workout consistently! Alhamdulillah sangat-sangat.

Since ramai yang bertanya, macam mana kite dapat kekuatan untuk terus workout almost daily. Nampak senang je kan bile tengok kite post kat fb or instagram. But trust me it is way too hard than you imagine. Susah beb. nak handle anak + rumah tangga + suami + bersenam.

Bersenam itulah "me time" kite. bukan SPA/TIDUR/SHOPPING seperti  mak-mak yang lain di luar sana. HELL NO. Ceh ayat macam bagus sangat kan. Tapi itulah realitinya . I have to find some quality activity for myself that suit my lifestyle a.k.a budget.

Very the PUAS HATI.

Tak sia-sia.

Bangun balik dari tidur untuk workout. Kena tunggu anak-anak dan suami tidur baru boleh concentrate workout because i am really committed to do this until the rest of my life. Memang akan jadikan lifestyle.

Mula-mula memang susah.

Ala...macam kereta buruk yang dah lama tak pakai. Tetibe nak start. haaa..macam tulah seksanya.. Once dah selalu buat, memang addict!

Oklah, back to the tips dari kite, macam mana nak stay consistent workout 5-6 hari seminggu :

1. Selalu upload activity workout kat instagram dan akan hashtag.
 Kenapa? nak menunjuk ? haaa... To those yang pessimist sahaja akan pikir macam tu. Sebenarnya, inilah salah satu faktor terbesar yang menyebabkan kite bersemangat nak workout! Bila hashtag pasal workout, automatic kite akan link dengan orang yang ada enthusiast in workout. Kami akan saling support each other. Share problem pasal workout. How to handle toddlers while workout. Banyak sangat benefit dia.
Maria Kang can't stop won't stop posting pictures of herself. The latest image is very strategically lit, and points out that she works 8-hour days, gets limited sleep, has stretchmarks and is "strong not skinny." Again, this is under the banner: "What's Your Excuse?"

2. Cubalah pakai balik baju lama.
Memandangkan kite ni sangatlah berkira nak beli baju-baju baru a.k.a shopping, so bile pakai baju lama ni, somehow rasa nak stay slim and fit forever tu membara. Cewah. Tapi, yang ini seriouslah. Tak tipu. Dapat elak pembaziran. Haha

3. Selalu tengok gambar perempuan yang fit-fit and rajin workout.
Bila tengok gambar macam ni, rasa lagi bersemangat sebenarnya! Jealous? haha.. Jealous kalau boleh buang jauh-jauh... RASA TERCABAR, boleh. hehe. So that you have courage to push yourself a little higher.
