The most difficult part of dealing with sadness is accepting that whatever it is that is making you sad has indeed happened. Whatever the event may be, it is already in the past and nothing can change that it has already occured. The only thing you can do is accept it and move forward. Dwelling on the things that hurt you will only hurt you more. While it is a very difficult process and will take some time, you just have to consider what has happened, the how's and why's, and figure how to either prevent it from happening again, or how to improve whatever situation the event has put you in, then look toward the future.
Its easier said than done right?
but how to handle it?
As for me,
Cleaning toilet is one of the best way to release unnecessary unbearable stress and sadness.
(ketawa lah...go ahead...).
The sorrowness and sadness slowly fade away while scrapping the dirt on the floor. I may say it just 5% release but somehow, the volume of sadness decrease ;-)

Despite of this sadness,
i manage to cooked our favourite italianos food. Hehe
Sedih, sedih juga. Tapi perut masih perlu di manjakan.
